Unboxing and Assembly

  1. Remove the printer from its packaging and place it on a stable surface.
  2. Connect the power cord to the printer and a power outlet.
  3. Open the top cover and remove the protective packaging materials.
  4. Insert the ink cartridges into their designated slots, ensuring they click into place.
  5. Load paper into the main paper tray.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Cannot Print

  • Reinstall the printer drivers and software.

Paper Jam

  • Gently pull the jammed paper out of the paper path. Do not tear it.

  • If the paper is still jammed, try turning the printer off and on again.

Wi-Fi Connection Error

  • Check that the Wi-Fi password is correct.
