Setting Up the Canon MAXIFY MB2350 Printer

Unboxing and Assembly

  1. Remove the printer from the box and all packaging materials.
  2. Connect the power cable to the printer and a power outlet.
  3. Open the front cover of the printer and remove the orange tape securing the print head.
  4. Install the print head by aligning the arrows and pushing it into place.
  5. Close the front cover.

Installing Ink Cartridges

Paper Loading

  3. Load the paper into the tray with the printable side facing up.
  4. Push the guides back against the paper to secure it.

Network Configuration (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)

Wi-Fi

  1. Connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network using the WPS button.
    • Press the WPS button on your router.
    • Within 2 minutes, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer for 3 seconds.
  2. Use the printer’s display to input your Wi-Fi password and join the network.

Ethernet

  1. Connect an Ethernet cable between your printer and router.
  2. The printer will automatically detect and configure the network connection.

Software Installation

  1. Visit the Canon website to download the latest drivers for your operating system.
  2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Once installed, add the printer to your computer.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Printer Not Printing
