Canon MX310 Series Setup Guide
Unboxing and Setup
- Remove the printer from the box and place it on a flat surface.
- Open the scanner cover and remove the orange protective tape.
- Insert the ink cartridges into their corresponding slots, as indicated by the color labels.
- Load paper into the paper tray up to the indicated line.
- Connect the power cord to the printer and turn it on.

- Scanned images are too dark or light: Adjust the scan settings in the Canon Scan app to achieve the desired brightness level.
Connection Problems
- Unable to connect to Wi-Fi: Check that your Wi-Fi network is active. Restart the router and printer. Move the printer closer to the router if necessary.
- Unable to connect to computer: Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and computer. Use a different USB cable if necessary. Restart the printer and computer.

- Paper not feeding properly: Check for any obstructions in the paper path. Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly and not folded or wrinkled.
