Canon MX310 Series Setup Guide

Unboxing and Setup

  1. Remove the printer from the box and place it on a flat surface.
  2. Open the scanner cover and remove the orange protective tape.
  3. Insert the ink cartridges into their corresponding slots, as indicated by the color labels.
  4. Load paper into the paper tray up to the indicated line.

Connection Problems

  • Unable to connect to Wi-Fi: Check that your Wi-Fi network is active. Restart the router and printer. Move the printer closer to the router if necessary.
  • Unable to connect to computer: Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and computer. Use a different USB cable if necessary. Restart the printer and computer.
