  • Scanner Not Working: Ensure the scanner lid is properly closed. Check for any obstructions or debris that may be interfering with the scanner mechanism. Clean the scanner glass with a soft cloth.
  • Printer Not Responding: Restart the printer by turning it off and then back on. If the issue persists, contact Canon customer support.
