Unboxing and Setup
- Unbox the printer: Remove the printer from its box and discard the packaging.

- Return to the installer: Go back to the printer software installer and click on “Reconnect.” The printer should now be connected wirelessly.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Printer not printing:
- Check if the printer is turned on and connected to a power source.
- Ensure that ink cartridges are properly installed.
- Check if there is paper loaded in the paper tray.
- Restart the printer by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Poor print quality:
- Clean the print head using the utility provided in the printer software.
- Try using different paper or a higher-quality paper.
- Adjust the print settings to improve print quality.
Wi-Fi connection issues:
- Ensure that your computer or mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
- Reset the printer’s Wi-Fi settings by holding down the Wi-Fi button for 5 seconds.
- Check if the printer’s Wi-Fi password is correct.
Scanner not working:
- Make sure that the scanner lid is properly closed.
- Check if the scanner driver is installed on your computer.
- Verify that the scanner is selected as the input device in the scanning software.
