Unboxing and Setup

  1. Open the box and remove all contents: The printer, power cord, setup CD, and ink cartridges.
  2. Remove the protective packaging from the printer: Remove all tapes and packaging from the exterior and interior of the printer.
  3. Connect the power cord: Plug the power cord into the printer and a power outlet.
  4. Turn on the printer: Press the power button on the front of the printer.

  6. Install the ink cartridges: Open the top cover of the printer and align the colored cartridges with their corresponding slots. Insert them firmly until they click into place.

  1. Insert the setup CD into your computer: Follow the on-screen instructions to install the necessary software and drivers.
  2. Connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network: Select “Wireless Setup” from the printer’s LCD menu. Enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
  3. Confirm the connection: Once the printer is connected, you should see a wireless icon on the LCD screen.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Printer not connecting to Wi-Fi:
