  • Enter the network name (SSID) and password of your Wi-Fi network.
  • Select the printer from the list of available devices.

Step 5: Connecting to a Computer (Mac)

  • Connect the USB cable to the printer and a free USB port on your Mac.
  • Open System Preferences on your Mac.
  • Click on “Printers & Scanners.”
  • Click on the “+” button and select the printer from the list.
  • Click on “Add” to complete the connection.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Printer Not Printing:

  • Check if the printer is turned on and connected to power.
  • Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and have ink.
