Setting Up the Canon PIXUS iX6830

Unboxing

  • Open the box and remove all the contents.
  • Make sure the following items are included:
    • Canon PIXUS iX6830 printer
    • Power cord
    • Setup CD-ROM
    • Ink cartridges (5)
    • Paper cassette
    • Output tray

Hardware Setup

  1. Install the ink cartridges:

    • Remove the orange protective covers from the ink cartridges.

    • Close the front cover.
