Epson ET-2600 Series Setup Guide

Unboxing and Setup

  1. Remove the printer from the box and place it on a stable surface.
  2. Open the printer cover and lift the orange lever to release the printhead.
  3. Remove the orange tape from the printhead and discard it.
  4. Insert the printhead back into the printer and close the cover.
  5. Fill the ink tanks with the provided ink bottles.
    • Unscrew the orange cap and insert the bottle tip into the matching color tank.
    • Squeeze the bottle gently until the tank is full.
    • Replace the cap and repeat for each color.
  6. Connect the printer to power and turn it on.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the printer’s language, date and time, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Wi-Fi Setup

  1. Ensure your Wi-Fi router is turned on and broadcasting a signal.
  2. Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer.
  3. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
  4. Enter your Wi-Fi password.
  5. Press the OK button to connect.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Cannot Find the Wi-Fi Network

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi router is broadcasting a strong signal.
  • Check if your printer is within range of the Wi-Fi router.
  • Restart your printer and Wi-Fi router.

Printing Quality Issues

  • Clean the printhead by following the instructions in the user manual.
  • Check if the correct paper type is selected in the printer settings.
