Epson PX 504A Setup Guide

Materials:

  • Epson PX 504A printer
  • Power cable
  • USB cable (optional, for wired connection)
  • Ink cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, yellow)
  • Paper

Step 1: Unpack the Printer

  • Remove the printer from the box and remove all packaging materials.
  • Place the printer on a stable surface in a well-ventilated area.

Step 2: Connect the Power

  • Plug the power cable into the printer and a power outlet.
  • Turn on the printer using the power button.

Step 3: Install the Ink Cartridges

  • Wait for the printer to connect to the Wi-Fi network.

Step 6: Connect to Computer (Wired Connection)

  • Connect one end of the USB cable to the printer’s USB port and the other end to your computer’s USB port.
  • The printer should be automatically recognized by your computer.

Step 7: Install Printer Software

  • Insert the software CD that came with the printer into your computer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer software.

Issue: Printer won’t turn on.
