Epson PX-B750F Setup Guide
Unboxing and Setup
- Remove the packaging and dispose of it properly.
- Place the printer on a stable and level surface.
- Open the ink cartridge bay and remove the protective tape from the cartridges.
- Insert the cartridges into their designated slots until they click into place.
- Close the cartridge bay.
- Connect the power cord to the printer and a power outlet.
- Turn on the printer using the power button.
Software Installation
- Insert the included software CD into your computer’s CD-ROM drive.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.

Wi-Fi Connection (Optional)
Wi-Fi Direct:
- Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer to activate Wi-Fi Direct.
- On your computer or mobile device, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the printer’s network (e.g., Epson-XXXXXXXX).
- Open a web browser and enter the printer’s IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.10) in the address bar.
- Click on “Wi-Fi Settings” and follow the prompts to complete the Wi-Fi setup.
Wi-Fi Network:
- Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer for 3 seconds.
- Press the WPS button on your router.
- Wait for the printer to connect to the network.
- Once the connection is established, the Wi-Fi indicator on the printer will turn solid blue.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Printer won’t turn on:
- Check if the power cord is properly connected to the printer and power outlet.
- Ensure that the power outlet is functioning properly.
Cartridge not recognized:
- Remove and reinstall the cartridge.
- If the issue persists, try a new cartridge.
Paper jam:
- Open the paper tray and remove any jammed paper.
- Make sure that the paper is properly aligned and loaded into the tray.
Print quality issues:
- Check if the ink cartridges are full.
- Clean the print head:
- From the printer’s control panel, navigate to “Maintenance” > “Clean Print Head.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Align the print head:
- Load a plain sheet of paper into the printer.
- From the printer’s control panel, navigate to “Maintenance” > “Align Print Head.”
Wi-Fi connection problems:
- Check if the printer and your device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Reset the printer’s Wi-Fi settings:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 10 seconds.
- The printer will return to factory default settings and the Wi-Fi indicator will turn off.
- Repeat the Wi-Fi connection steps outlined above.
