Unboxing and Setup
- Unpack the printer: Remove the printer from the box and remove all packaging materials.
- Install the ink cartridges: Open the printer cover and remove the protective covers from the ink cartridge slots. Insert the cartridges into the matching slots and press down until they click into place.
- Load the paper: Open the paper tray and insert the paper stack with the printable side facing up. Adjust the paper guides to match the paper size.

- Install the software: Insert the included software CD into your computer and follow the installation wizard to install the printer drivers and software.

Printer is not recognized by the computer:
- Check that the USB cable is securely connected to both the printer and the computer.

- Try connecting the printer to a different USB port on your computer.
Printing is slow or blurry:
- Check the ink levels and replace any empty or low ink cartridges.
- Clean the print head by following the instructions in the printer’s user manual.
- Adjust the print quality settings to “High” in the printer driver.
Paper jams:
- Gently pull the jammed paper out of the printer. Avoid tearing the paper.
- Check the paper path for any obstructions or debris.
- Reload the paper correctly, making sure it is not folded or crumpled.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi:
- Ensure that the printer is within range of your wireless network.
- Check that your wireless router is turned on and broadcasting a signal.
- Reset the printer’s network settings by pressing and holding the Wi-Fi button for 5 seconds.
- Try connecting the printer using the WPS method (if supported by your router).
