Physical Setup
- Remove the printer from its packaging.
- Place the printer on a flat, stable surface.

- Blurry or faded prints: Clean the print head by selecting Maintenance > Head Cleaning from your printing software.
- Vertical lines or streaks: Run a test print to identify the problematic nozzle. Clean the corresponding nozzle using the Maintenance > Nozzle Check utility in your printing software.
Connectivity
- Cannot connect to the printer: Check the USB cable connection and ensure it is securely plugged into both the printer and the computer. Restart the printer and your computer.
- Printer not appearing in the printer list: Reinstall the printer driver following the software installation instructions. Ensure the printer is powered on and not in power-saving mode.
Other
- Unusual noises: Contact Epson support as unusual noises may indicate a mechanical issue.
