Setting Up the HP LaserJet Pro MFP m26a

Unboxing and Installing

Materials needed:

  • HP LaserJet Pro MFP m26a printer
  • Power cord
  • USB cable (optional)
  • Toner cartridge
  • Paper

Steps:

  1. Remove the printer from the box and unpack its contents.
  2. Open the top cover of the printer.
  3. Remove the orange protective material from the toner cartridge.
  4. Insert the toner cartridge into the printer.
  5. Close the top cover.

Paper Jams:

Low Toner Alert:

  • Order a new toner cartridge and replace the existing one when the toner level is low.
  • Shake the new toner cartridge gently to distribute the toner powder.
  • Insert the new toner cartridge into the printer.
