Unboxing and Setup
- Unpack the printer and all its components.
- Remove any protective materials and packaging.
- Place the printer on a stable and level surface.

- Pull out the paper tray.
- Fan the paper to loosen the sheets.
- Slide the paper stack into the tray, print-side up.
- Adjust the paper guides to match the paper size.
- Push the tray back into the printer.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Printer Won’t Turn On:
- Check if the power cord is securely plugged in.
- Reset the printer by unplugging it for 60 seconds, then plugging it back in.
Printer Not Printing:
- Check if there is paper loaded in the tray.
- Ensure the ink cartridges are installed correctly and have ink.
- Clean the printhead using the HP Smart app or the printer’s control panel.
Printer Not Connecting to Wi-Fi:
- Check if your Wi-Fi network is up and running.
