Unboxing and Setup

  1. Remove the printer from the box and discard any packaging materials.
  2. Check the box for the following items: printer, power cord, setup cartridges, software CD, and user manual.
  3. Place the printer on a stable, flat surface.
  4. Connect the power cord to the printer and a power outlet.
  5. Turn on the printer and wait for it to initialize.

Software Installation

  1. Insert the software CD into your computer’s disc drive.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to install the software.
  3. Select your printer model from the list and click Next.
