Unboxing and Setup

  1. Open the Package: Carefully remove the printer from the packaging.

  3. Install the Ink Cartridges: Open the top cover of the printer and remove the orange protective caps. Insert the ink cartridges into their corresponding slots and snap them into place.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

1. Printer Not Recognized:

  • Ensure the USB cable is properly connected to both the printer and computer.
  • Try connecting the printer to a different USB port on the computer.

2. Ink Cartridge Error:

  • Check that the ink cartridges are properly seated in their slots and are the correct type for the printer.
  • Remove and reinstall the ink cartridges to ensure a proper connection.

3. Printer Not Printing:

  • Check if the printer is turned on and connected to power.
  • Verify that there is enough paper loaded in the tray.
  • Check the print queue on your computer to see if there are any printing errors or paused jobs.

4. Wi-Fi Connection Failure:

  • Ensure that the printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
  • Check if your Wi-Fi password is correct.
  • Reset the printer’s network settings by pressing and holding the Wi-Fi button for 10 seconds.

5. Paper Jams:

  • Open the top cover of the printer and remove any jammed paper.
  • Check if the paper is properly aligned and the paper guides are adjusted correctly.

6. Print Quality Issues:

  • Clean the print head by following the instructions in the printer manual.
  • Check the quality of the paper being used and ensure it is compatible with the printer.
