  • Check if the Wi-Fi router is on and properly broadcasting its network name (SSID).
  • Make sure the printer is within range of the Wi-Fi router.
  • Reset the printer’s Wi-Fi settings and try connecting again.

Poor Print Quality

  • Clean the print head using the maintenance utility in the Epson Control Panel.
  • Replace the ink cartridges if they are running low or expired.
