Detailed Guide to Setting Up the EPSON XP-420 Series Printer
Unboxing and Preparation
- Carefully unpack the printer from its packaging.
- Remove all protective materials and packaging inserts.
- Place the printer on a flat, stable surface.
Installing the Ink Cartridges
- Open the printer’s top cover.
- Remove the front cover by pressing the release button.
- Take the new ink cartridges out of their protective bags.
- Remove the orange tape from each cartridge.

- Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer.

- Select “Wi-Fi Setup.”
- Select your wireless network from the available list.
- Enter your network password if prompted.
- The printer will connect to the network.

- If the paper is stuck, open the printer’s top cover and manually remove the jammed paper.
- Check if there is any debris or torn paper inside the printer.
