Setting Up the EPSON XP-540 Series Printer
Materials:
- EPSON XP-540 Series printer
- Ink cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, yellow)
- Power cord
- USB cable (for wired connection)
- Wi-Fi router (for wireless connection)
Instructions:
1. Unpack and Prepare the Printer:
- Remove the printer from the box and discard all packaging materials.
- Lift the printer cover and remove any protective materials.
- Install the ink cartridges by aligning them with their respective color slots and pushing them in until they click.
2. Prepare the Power Supply:

5. Test Print:
- Load plain paper into the rear paper tray.
- Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
- Open the printer settings on your computer.
- Select “Print Test Page” and click “Print.”
