Setting Up the Xerox Phaser 7400DN

Materials Required:

  • Xerox Phaser 7400DN printer
  • Power cable
  • Ethernet cable (optional)
  • Toner cartridge
  • Paper

Step 1: Install the Toner Cartridge

  • Open the front cover of the printer.
  • Remove the old toner cartridge by grasping the blue handle and pulling it straight out.
  • Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging and remove the protective film.
